About me

Hello, my people, I am Jorge. I am a freelance consulting strategist, professor of marketing, and former intrapreneur, who worked for 15 years as a change agent inside big brands. I have been advising founders through periods of growth for years now, and I know that our economy thrives when small businesses, startups and nonprofits are growing.

I am here to share what I know about leadership, designing good strategy, building brands, and scaling your business, while creating sustainable business models and inclusive cultures. I teach a course in marketing at the Bard MBA in Sustainability Program — ranked the #1 Green MBA by Princeton review in 2020.
